Pros
Yolanda rocks. The recruiters work hard.
Cons
Let me start off by saying when I first joined this organization, I felt at home. One year later, I'm baffled as to how drastically that initial feeling has changed. I experienced first hand, as a female business professional, the brunt of sexual harassment, discrimination, and neglect by this company. Not only did a Regional Vice President question me about dating someone who formerly worked for TIG, he accused me, which caused me to walk on egg shells for months...but hey, my dating life affects my metrics, right? With regards to sexual harassment, you can background check almost anyone in leadership and find a laundry list. For me, personally, HR had a "conversation" with them. HR only "reprimands" those without a leadership/management title. In regards to neglect, my market experienced 4 different bosses within 4 months in the later part of my tenure. If you feel you're able to build a promising career with such instability, I applaud you. I feel sad for those coming in on such big promises with little to no reward.
