Pros

Most if the people I worked with were actually great.

Cons

Pay is on the low end. For new employees they're required to be in office 5 days a week but the ones who were working remotely because of the pandemic just got to stay remote. Hires big groups of new starts know they won't last long, and then they ended laying a lot of people off anyway. Very metrics driven vs results driven. Direct supervisor practiced heavily in micro management. They really just grind you down.

Pros

I had a truly positive onboarding experience with The Intersect Group and can confidently say the process exceeded my expectations. From the very beginning, the recruiters & operations coordinators were professional, responsive, and genuinely supportive. Communication was clear, timely, and consistent, which made the entire onboarding process feel smooth and well-organized. They took the time to answer questions, provide guidance, and ensure I felt prepared every step of the way. What stood out most was the level of care and professionalism shown throughout the process. Starting a new role can naturally bring some anxiety, and the team at The Intersect Group did an excellent job of easing those concerns through transparency, encouragement, and follow-through. I’m grateful for the experience and would highly recommend The Intersect Group to anyone seeking a recruiting partner that values people, communication, and professionalism.

Cons

The onboarding process moved quickly, which required prompt attention.
