It all depends on who your franchise owners are! I had a great experience for my first 2 years, I loved the doctors and front desk girls I worked with.
Cons
Pay is low, and the company offers no benefits. While there are sales bonuses, the owners often set goals that were unrealistic and difficult to achieve, making it nearly impossible to earn any meaningful bonus.
After one bad month of sales, the owners pulled the rug out from under me and fired me. There was no coaching conversation, no warning, and no discussion along the lines of, "You need to improve in these areas or your position could be at risk."
For two years, I was consistently told that I was doing an amazing job and that they were glad to have me on the team. Then, when I was terminated, I was told that "things had been building up to this." It would have been helpful to know what those issues were so I could have addressed them and worked to improve.
