      love the work and mission, free lunch

      Cons

      CEO is a Trump supporter who has no idea about women's issues at all. Picked his two favorites who sucked up to him when he first started and now they just keep getting raises and promotions despite poor outcomes. Poor benefits. no job training. Just generally not run well.

      Pros

      Very flexible scheduling. It was independent work and I worked outreach and did not have a lot of face to face client interactions but was able to still help people.

      Cons

      The former Director was not professional. I was on call every Saturday an was told I had to answer even on PTO.
