I have recently retired and only regret that I didn't have more time with this fine company. TKC is a great company to work for. They care and take care of their employees. I worked in the Facility Maintenance Services division in the Mecklenburg County Sheriff's Detention Facility in Charlotte, NC. I found the staff a pleasure to work with. The facility supervisor, Michael Barbour was great to work with. I never felt I was working for him but with him. Pay was at or above trade wages for this area. Benefits are similar to other businesses of this type. The company holds to a Christian goal of glorifying Christ without being preachy. They do live what they preach.

None really, over all a great experience.
