There was nothing positive working in prevoc. Lack of respect for clients,hippa violations micromanagement and lack of knowledge and organization by supervisor could not make up her mind. Wanted things done this way one day then the next day change her mind only to go back to original way again.

If you kiss butt you got promoted
People who told consumers they had no rights got promoted (this I overheard another CM say to a client. Notified supervisor who did nothing. CM got promoted instead of written up or warned)
Lack of education required of case managers high school diploma ok
