Pros
Great leadership. All the senior leaders in the business build a fantastic culture where people can be stretched but also grown. The benefits are good. The about of flexibility is great and the company will try and go above beyond when it can. Everyone is passionate about the sector and it really makes you feel like you are giving back
Cons
I would like our salaries to sit above the median. Pay often seems average or slightly below. I see us an amazing company that often goes above and beyond but our salaries are ok not great
