Pros
I’ve been with the company for nearly 7 years and have had the opportunity to work across four different teams, starting in customer service and progressing into more IT focused roles. The company actively supports personal development and has given me the chance to build new skills and take on a variety of projects. There is a strong support network across teams, with a clear structure in place that helps you understand where you fit and how you can progress. Most importantly, it’s a genuinely nice place to work, with a strong work life balance ethos and a clear sense of ethics in how the business operates.
Cons
As the company continues to grow and expand, there can sometimes be a steep learning curve when moving between teams or taking on new responsibilities. While this comes with good development opportunities, it can take time to fully get up to speed.
