This is bar far the best environment I've ever worked in. Everyone is kind, supportive, friendly, and truly cares about each other. I have never worked with such amazing people as these. Mostly everyone at Knotts is a veteran and has retired recently or will be soon. There has been an influx of new people and they fit in perfectly with the seasoned employees. Coming to work never feels like a drag. I enjoy coming in and giving it my all. Every day is different and fulfilling. I consider myself very blessed. If you ever have the opportunity to work here, take it and treasure it.

Limited growth opportunities due to the small size, but that does not mean limited salary. You will be compensated fairly, just may not be able to "move up."

Most people I interacted with were very nice and friendly

Unfortunately, my experience was one of the weirdest office experiences I have encountered. Training was minimal and brusque - sighs and eye rolls and exasperated complaints. Questions fell on deaf ears and I couldn't even take notes to complete the tasks. I feel like I was set up to fail. I was accused of lying about my skills and experience on my resume. Since I had not mastered the entire job in two days, I was fired on the third.
