Pros

Money, if you need it that badly you'll get it Met some really nice people there, some. Short walk away from greggs

Cons

-Everyone talks behind your back -Your hard work will be taken away from you for no reason -They hire new people every month, squeeze them into rows of desks that seem almost dystopian, just for there to be more gaps than new starters a week later -You cannot park. Waiting times for a parking spot can take at least a year. -Cliquey teams that make the work environment incredibly hostile -You will be expected to call, email, and pester "clients" who specifically ask NOT to be contacted -You will be made into a walking advertisement for them, being made to post on your linkedin on your first day -8am start, even though the "clients" would only be in office from 9am, does not make sense -They hire freshly out of college students who are desperate for work and mold them into their robots

Pros

The only positive thing I can mention is that the head trainer Peter Thomson is a stand-up guy who knows what he's doing. I don't know how TKA keeps him. He's better quality than to work for them.

Cons

The Knowledge Academy TKA is the worst I've seen in 30 years in IT I was contacted to train for The Knowledge Academy (TKA). I conducted TOGAF certification level one and two classes in Memphis May 1-4. TKA is by far the worst company I have ever been involved with in my entire 30 year+ career. I was (under)paid $300 a day for teaching a class they were charging $5000 per delegate to attend. They arranged the hotel (not allowed to do it myself). It was a ghetto hotel, in the midst of abandon buildings with a drug dealer stationed out front. The floors were sticky to walk on and infested with Cockroaches. The coordinators - all from India - couldn't write emails in discernable English and were totally lacking in any customer service etiquette. If you're a Trainer - BEWARE!. If you're a potential delegate! There are better cheaper (half the price) certification mills in abundance. They are horrible. D- or F score. Every possible horrible thing they do. Over Charge delegates. Under Pay trainers. Horrible customer service. Coordinators in India don't know how to craft a whole sentence or even spell it right. They will not pay you promptly.
