Pros
Good pay and everyone no matter age is on at least minimum living wage (so at 18 years old you'd be paid the same as your 40 year old colleague doing the same role). Small teams so the regional manager knows everyone by first name and you can be in contact with head office easily. Nice that you are recognised and listened to. Good bonus scheme.
Cons
Constant micro management. No staff member stays for more than 6 months, says a lot. Sales Assistant's hammered with useless training when the company has designed ugly clothes that aren't selling.
