LCF is a fabulous company to work for. Our management team is professional, compassionate, caring, fun loving and puts the employees first. We have an HR department that is like none I have ever seen. They spend their days thinking of ways to make us happy. I've never worked for a company like this. We get more time off than the average company. We are offered the option to work on certain holidays when the company is closed and the compensation is double pay or extra day off. They give out random bonus's during the year. We have company gatherings, bowling parties, holiday parties, breakfast every other week, scavenger hunts, huge catered lunches, Super bowl partes, and a party for every holiday. where you can win a day off, lunch on LCF, gift cards. 401k match is very high. They are just an amazing company. Almost everyone is happy there. If you're not happy there, you're the problem.

You have to give 2 weeks notice to take vacation time, even if it's a day.
