Pros

Good Salaries, Benefits and package

Cons

A lot of bureaucracy and corruption! The people at "The Libre Initiative" are not "Libres" they have to be under the boot of the people at "American for Prosperity" If you want to succeed in this organization, you have to kiss the butt of everyone above of you. that's all to keep your job,

Pros

Great salary, bonuses. Good leaders. A lot of Opportunities to grow.

Cons

For people that can’t travel could be a problem. Sometimes you need to travel within your state and to other states. For me, I love to travel then is not a problem.

Pros

Great culture outside of D.C. Good autonomy, again if outside of D.C. The cause is just and the access to Influencers is a bonus. Benefits are amazing, but the people you work with are some of the best people around. Huge hearts, with lots of potential talent if they looked outside the organization for leadership opportunities and professional training.

Cons

Bureaucratic. Operations staff in D.C. micromanages and scrutinizes everything. Not completely their fault though, "the network" otherwise known at FreedomPartners (who are really in charge) puts a lot a pressure on them to perform. What's so disappointing is that their mission/vision are great but "the network" forces them to do things that are outside the scope and it damages their brand and reputation. Lastly, no one at LIBRE has corporate or business experience (most in leadership are from government or political parties) so operations aren't fluid and frustrating to navigate.
