      Working closely and being on first name basis with upper management. More opportunities to voice concerns and opinions. The company has become more diverse over the years.

      Low pay for long hours. Not enough management to allow balance. Difficult to maintain personal life outside of establishment.

      Always took care of me while I worked for them, was supportive throughout the pandemic

      Quick turn over in management, in all my time there I went through 4 sets of general managers.
