Pros
It was close to home. I personally knew most of the residents and/or their family. I had worked their previously as a CNA.
Cons
VERY understaffed, 2 CNAs to 60 residents on 3-11. Too many "cliques", if you're not in one, then you are nothing. Residents never received the care they deserved. Nurses more worried about socializing than patient care. Always being asked to work over or work on your day off.
