No communication at all from anyone, no overtime to the minute. Unorganized. Inconsistent. Day to day routine is overly complicated. Favoritism. Constant lies and broken promises. High turn over constantly short staffed. Leaves out of ratio for short period of time due to lack of employees.

Specifically for Morristown, NJ location: Other staff were fun and enjoyable. Children were a joy to be around. Decent benefits and decent pay for someone with experience. Center families were a joy to work with. Great work-life balance.

Cons

Specifically for Morristown, NJ location: Super high turnover rate. Management team unfriendly and unprofessional. Only greeted favorite families and favorite staff members in the morning. Condescending tone when giving directions or instructions to staff.
