      Management or lack thereof. I’m pretty sure the Directors all need to go work in a school to learn how Directors are supposed to operate a school.

      Pros

      Specifically for Morristown, NJ location: Other staff were fun and enjoyable. Children were a joy to be around. Decent benefits and decent pay for someone with experience. Center families were a joy to work with. Great work-life balance.

      Specifically for Morristown, NJ location: Super high turnover rate. Management team unfriendly and unprofessional. Only greeted favorite families and favorite staff members in the morning. Condescending tone when giving directions or instructions to staff.
