Pros
A job in a secure industry. Great for momfluencers who can coast on MLs. There are so many expecting mothers at any given time it often feels more like KK Women's and Children's hospital than a learning institute. Great place if you want to stay stagnant for 20 years; you'll reach managerial positions based purely on the passage of time.
Cons
Extremely incompetent management level who spend all day juggling between playing politics and chatting with each other doing nothing. High turnover for new hires, resulting in a loss of capable hires and promoting incompetency at a detriment to the company.
