      Pros

      The LP is an inclusive, thoughtful place to work. Salary and benefits are better than I’ve seen at any other school. Morale is high and people genuinely care about each other. The city location is amazing.

      Cons

      Cost of living is high in Boston and parking is tough. Public transportation is your best bet.
