- No career opportunities: no salary increase, no position growth - Lack of teamwork: everybody is looking at their own stuff passing their job as a hot potato as soon as they get their thing done - Blaming culture/Culture of pointing the finger to the person or department that made a mistake - No benefits, and ridiculous lunch tickets considering that you are in Milan - Toxic management, no organization, impossible to have an organized schedule of your own activities as there is a new urgency every day because of the lack of a clear structure - Due to the high turnover there are no guides or nobody that can train you when you join the company, so you are never 100% proficient about your position
