Employee housing is full of drug addicts and unhealed people. Management favors returning employees and gives them prime time shifts. Physically demanding, long hours. Employee housing room doors can all be picked with a credit card. Breakfast shift tips are split. Managers were toxic and fed into the employee housing drama and bullying. Better money can be found elsewhere.
