The team here was great. Everyone was supportive of each other and great at what they did. It was an environment that allowed you to learn from each other. They had a diverse group of clients that kept work interesting.

It was a smaller team so it did feel more fast paced compared to a corporate position.

There are very talented and great people to work with

Management does not listen to their employees and their concerns, who are overworked and underpaid. They rarely offer raises or promotions and for a multicultural company, it's never to the team actually bringing in projects.
