After thinking really hard, I managed to come up with 1 pro, if you can even call it that: It's a full-time paying job, so, you know, you have some sense of routine here, and the payments do come on time.

Where to begin? Let's not. There are enough reviews here to dissuade any sane person from joining this shit-hole.

The only pro is that you'll truly understand your worth once you leave this company.

I would not recommend this workplace to anyone, whether you're a fresher, experienced professional, or even someone in a senior role. The environment is extremely toxic, and you will quickly begin to feel undervalued and disrespected. The core problem lies with three main individuals who hold significant control over the company, making it difficult for anyone to thrive here. For those just starting their career, it's especially important to steer clear of this place. They question every employee’s worth, constantly asking for salary justifications, which creates a stressful and demoralizing atmosphere. My colleagues and I had a terrible experience, with many leaving the company without even receiving their salaries due to the level of toxicity. There’s no sense of respect, motivation, or support in this workplace. Overall, it was the worst professional experience I’ve ever had, and I wouldn't want anyone else to go through the same.
