Pros
There is a lot of flexibility in terms of hours. Most of the non-management service staff are amazing people to work with.
Cons
Behind closed doors, the management is unprofessional, wastes time deliberating over insignificant issues, and doesn't appreciate the hard work of the rest of the staff. Management needs to refocus its efforts on efficiency, meaningful customer service, professionalism, and rewarding the heart of its business -- the service and culinary staff -- since they are the real core of what the Madison Club brings its members.
