Worst place - Insuance Agent The Magnes Group Employee Review

management encourages bullying they give the hardest worker the most work while the favourites sit back and critique them. they will have 1 person answering over 20 calls a day meanwhile 5 other employees take 1 or 2 calls a day and gossip. my whole time there was wasteful I dont count it in my resume the pay was horrible and the team was the most dysfuntional. the ones who have ben there the longest are the worst and protected by managers and HR
