Culture is becoming more and more toxic. Favouritism is paramount. Those who take credit for others work and lie about their contributions and impact are rewarded with promotions as management overlook these behaviours. Silent bullying has pushed some of the best engineers to leave for jobs elsewhere as they no longer feel part of the team, again this is also overlooked by management. Will be interesting to see how the business copes when Ken is gone.
