On Salary Expectations
We appreciate your comments around compensation. Our salary structures are based on the market rates specific to each region and are regularly reviewed to remain competitive and fair. We understand that differences between regions can raise questions, but our approach takes into account the local cost of living, ensuring packages are appropriate and sustainable in each country.
Bonus Structure and Growth
While we don’t currently operate a formal bonus scheme, we do provide opportunities for salary reviews every six months. During these reviews, team members are encouraged to present their case for a raise or promotion, with clear progression pathways available to guide growth and development.
Workload and Support
We acknowledge the challenge you’ve raised around workload. As a client-facing agency, demands can fluctuate, but we’re actively working to manage resourcing more effectively and reduce pressure on individuals where possible. If you're feeling overloaded, we always encourage open conversations with your manager or HR — your wellbeing and sustainability at work are priorities for us.
