Pros
Serving at The Melting Pot is highly interactive with the guests and allows you to really talk to them and join in their celebrations. The staff is very upbeat and fun to be around. The dining experience is truly different and enjoyable.
Cons
I don't always feel appreciated for my hard work and I don't feel my hard work is recognized. There is a lot of work expected of the servers and it doesn't seem like it's spaced out well. I'm trying to advance myself in my career field but I don't feel that the manager truly cares about me, my career, or if I get paid enough.
