      Pros

      Easy work load. Each Cna is only responsible for 4 residents.

      Cons

      Cna do everything including dishes, laundry, cleaning, mopping, plus responsible for their residents. Management is a joke and they steal money from your check.

      Pros

      Overtime available. Light workload Family members are nice & the company pays pretty good compared to others. $2 more on weekends

      Cons

      Drama & combative residents. If you are patient, you will be fine but it can get frustrating when the residents fight
