      Pros

      The odd colleague or HOD were friendly.

      Cons

      The place is one big competition with eachother. One of our biggest values is TEAM Mere however we were the complete opposite with disrespectful behaviour from most. It's all about profits and you are just a number. There's probably a reason there isn't many reviews on here.

      Work is good Lovely area Treated like an adult and trusted

      Cons

      Some manipulative and toxic employees. Often with many complains from multiple different members of staff… but nothing changed. Often management are the most inappropriate ones!

      Location, Pay, Tips, Environment, The Team. I love working here, been here years and wouldn't change it.

      Cons

      no free meals when on shift - but they are discounted, you have to be able to drive as not on a bus route to get to
