      Pros

      The Merge takeaway was a great place to work at. It being a family business gave it a family feel and it made work environment very pleasant which made talking to customers enjoyable, even the not so pleasant ones.

      Cons

      It is a start up and so does not have a lot of resources to offer its employees.
