      Great benefit program Head office Close to major highways for commuters

      Cons

      Manager would sexually harass people and get away with it Team lead micromanaged to the extreme. My role had a high turnover rate (4people in one year) because of this team lead. Led me to take stress leave. Pay is terrible and not within livable wages for this economy.

      -4 day work weeks Monday optional -easy straight forward job -nice coworkers -outside all day

      Cons

      -not paid enough/stupid incentive and overtime system -fumes and other hazards -busted up trucks, bandaid solutions -management is super frustrating -good workers get leaned on more without compensation for more work done
