      -Always hard to find reliable employees( Not the company’s fault but maritimes in general) -Will be working a lot more than 40 hrs and no overtime

      it was good working there until they changed their compensation structure. 2x in less than 12 months.

      Cons

      compensation structure is making it harder and harder for people to make money.
