      The people are wonderful, the management was very welcoming, and people listened to different ideas no matter how long you had been working there. I have never worked somewhere as open to new ideas as the Modal Shop

      Cons

      Some of the work was a bit tedious for my tastes, but it was an important step of self-discovery for me

      Decent pay, great benefits, friendly people

      Cons

      No project organization which makes it tough to meet the goals that are both expected and never set. Great for a first job but if you are coming from anywhere other than straight from college the silo'ing and finger pointing will get old quick
