Pros

Colleagues are some of the kindest, most talented, resilient people I've ever met. Will always have your back and are willing to lend a hand when you're lost. Happy to say I made some good friends here. Also— culture was so bad that I became genuinely immune to a lot

Cons

Management is genuinely atrocious. bosses are extremely stubborn and old fashioned. Unreceptive to new ideas and are constantly churning out dated pitches that continue to get rejected, yet they somehow continue to refuse to change. They will treat you like you re an incompetent child, regardless of your strengths. Working under them felt like one long humiliation ritual. Being here will drain you of your creativity, passion, and self-worth. It is not worth it. Sacrificing your sense of self, time off, and sanity for a company with pitiful benefits and zero room for creative liberties will never be worth it. Not sure how much longer they can survive like this. Also- a very small company and office, but bosses will still speak to you indirectly to maintain some pseudo sense of control. Would be funny if it wasn’t so grating

Pros

Only the graphic designer and editor were the nicer people.

Cons

Boss should stop behaving like a man-child. They are already out-dated and becoming more irrelevant. One of the worst cultures I’ve seen. HR person is a joke, no professionalism or whatsoever.

Pros

Exceptional colleagues who provide unwavering support and assistance whenever required- unlike upper management.

Cons

- Outdated preferences and disregards employee suggestions for improvement. - Excessive micromanagement. - Lack of consideration for employees' need for additional time. - Solicits feedback on employee dissatisfaction, only to blame employees as the problem and accuse them of being unappreciative. - Unreasonable and unrealistic deadlines. - Limited opportunities for career progression within the organization. - They lack technical proficiency and demonstrate a reluctance to embrace new concepts or acquire additional skills.
