      The mission is great and coworkers and peers are friendly and helpful. You'll meet a lot of wonderful people!

      Cons

      Unmanageable workload with limited career growth or opportunities for learning or advancement. Upper management is out of touch with staff and don't seem to take sustainability efforts seriously. Pay is fine, but not for how many hours you put in!

      Pros

      Mission is awesome. Great work-life balance.

      Cons

      Prioritizes comfort over continuous improvement. Very bureaucratic and slow. Incredibly sensitive culture to a point of extremity--don't think you're in a safe space or that you can be open with any communication. Someone will be offended by your honesty and the backlash is yours to manage. They prefer people to just go with the flow even if it's painful, inefficient, etc.
