Pros

There are no pros for working at this company. Promised training never occurs and promised changes never occur.

Cons

Even the good things associated with working are absent from this work space. Management thinks all employees are automats. Hours are from 10:00 - 7:00 daily and 10:00 - 4:00 every Saturday. You actually have to be on site at 9:30am and are not able to do leave before 8:00pm. This is not told to you upfront. You are not paid for these additional hours and if you are sick on a Saturday they deduct a full day salary even though you are not paid for working on Saturdays. The biggest con was working for a full 2 months before receiving a paycheck. An additional problem is the lack of organization in scheduling appointments. Often patients arrive for appointments that are not on your schedule and there is no wiggle room to make accommodations for these patients - you often find yourself on the receiving end of the patients ire. These situations can be tense and there are times that you may feel that your physical safety is threatened. Best to just avoid the environment all together.
