Company was honestly great culturally. I’ve never been more well taken care of by a company. Pay was time and a half after 40. Normally would work around 55-72 hours a week in my role, so the checks were nice. They also supplied a gas card because the job requires frequent stops at various locations. Also would occasionally have a little bonus paycheck in my mailbox.
Cons
Occasionally accounts would have openings that could stay vacant based on people either getting cold feet or quitting before figuring out their rhythm. It’s not really the company’s fault, but it cause more work for the account manager which can be tough to manage depending on your schedule for the night.
A willingness to shift around work hours. Quiet and easy work. They always need more workers so it is easy to get hired and get more hours if you want them.
Cons
You have to like working late. They can be slow to restock supplies if you don't put in the requests early.
