Not worth the loss of sanity - Store Manager The North Face Employee Review

The most consistently inconsistent company I have ever been a part of. From company directives changing on a whim, to inconsistent HR and ER behaviors. ER BP does not completed due diligence in investigations of store level complaints, and sends out inconsistent as accountability for issues. Er department does not uphold the company values and visions. Inconsistency from regional loss prevention manager, who uphold outdated and ineffective loss prevention policies. Archaic and outdated technology. Terrible communication from home office to stores. High management turn over
