Working there is a very nice enviornment very flexoble with appointments, kids, and emergencies. Good managament that supports you.

The benefits are not great. Part time is no benefits which os expected, but the health insurance is so expensive pretty much no one uses it. The wages while competetive are still not great.

Lots of social interaction, friendly coworkers.

Bad management. Owners are nice people but terrible managers but won't let others do it for them. There is a reason they are constantly hiring.
