      University Setting was great. Great facilities and lots to do. Access to classes and amazing people. Could explore any topic.

      Insane Politics with no clear direction. Many competing interests make it almost impossible to get anything meaningful done. Unhappiest time in my professional life.

      Collaborative culture in the Office of Student Life. Excellent colleagues who are committed to their work. Pay is competitive for the area and with peer institutions. Excellent benefits and retirement plan.

      I didn't have any cons to my time at Ohio State, it was a great experience.
