      Pros

      I believed in OSU, I worked so hard to work for them. But the department that I was in was all about who they like.

      Cons

      Managers do not listen to new hires , they will listen to team leaders who will tell them anything if they do not lile you. I was treated very unfairly because I am a woman of color

      100% subsidized health and dental insurance. Retirement plans through OPERS.

      Cons

      The pay should be higher, can't make changes to retirement withholdings after 90 days.
