      Pros

      The only pro is this company has is that they have some nice employees who really care. The higher the position the less humanity one has at Onin.

      Cons

      This company is unethical to corporate employees and their temps. Beware of this company. I have never seen anything so immoral in my life . I don't think the management knows what's going on at the local branches.

      Pros

      Friendly coworkers, good leadership, mission driven. I was accepted and put to work on executive projects that I still reference today!

      Cons

      The only thing I can think of is that the HQ is in Birmingham so there is a lot of online meetings / cross functional teams - if that is an issue for you.
