Pros

The office is quite quirky and fun to work in, the team is generally very friendly. They can be quite generous when it comes to looking after their people - team lunches, drinks, food in the office, etc.

Cons

Micromanagement, no proper training, managers make you feel bad about asking questions. They say they are welcoming of people with no past experience, but will have unreasonable expectations of you. Were aggressive when I resigned. Their commission system sees that you won't get paid if you resigned before the quarterly payment period. You also HAVE to work in the office 3x week.

Pros

New technologies, training opportunities available

Cons

At the onset (pun intended), The Onset is highly impressive with excellent branding and strong, inspiring leadership presence. The overall 'optics' are great. However, over time, issues began to surface. 1. Favoritism is evident, with hardworking individuals being overlooked and taken for granted. Employees are hired quickly and fired even faster, while favorites remain untouchable, even if their performance is questionable. 2. Some offshore consultants shift the burden to the Delivery Team when they cannot find a candidate, expecting the Team to perform miracles. 3. The engagement of the Delivery Team is often left to the Employer of Record, and they are frequently forgotten during company special events. 4. Some offshore consultants are hypocritical, pretending to be friendly, but speaking ill of their Delivery Team counterparts at the first opportunity. It's all an "act" unfortunately.

Pros

The team is fantastic! They genuinely function as a cohesive unit, with everyone consistently eager to assist and support one another.

Cons

It's a very hire-and-fire environment here. Every month, there are new faces coming in and others leaving. Newcomers don't seem to have much opportunity to accomplish anything. Management communicates in a highly condescending manner with the team. There's a significant issue with miscommunication, and it seems like management shows little care or respect towards the team. The environment is very micromanaged and heavily focused on KPIs, despite promises of a mature work atmosphere during the interview process. As a senior with expertise, you might find yourself constrained in your approach to work
