      Pros

      Honestly the culture was good, international events allowed the insight to many virtual, hybrid and in person events. They incorporate a lot of softwares like Webex and Aventri.

      Cons

      Team is terrible, will always find the opportunity to compete rather than work together. They are ready to stab in the back. No motivation in the team, always negative talk. The team building is low. Only a select few that are in the favourite group of the CEO wife get the progression and opportunity to travel. Don't expect any respect here. The CEO assistance is very protective of the team and does not value equality and further more is not a fan of diversity.

      Extremely helpful and fair executives and management team, focused on improving employee skills and growth

      Infrequent in-person contact with majority of organization due to being global and having limited number of employees

      Pros

      Steve Nunn is the new visionary CEO which is doing a fabulous job really expanding the business overall. Everyone is hard working and gets the job done. Their conferences are high quality with plenary key notes by companies like Shell, Microsoft, other well-known brands.

      Cons

      Growing so quickly with innovative projects and programs which can lend itself to resource constraints.
