Great charity - Head of Fundraising The Orpheus Centre Employee Review

1) Very kind learners, volunteers, and staff who are extremely supportive. 2) Appreciation of physical and mental health, a real emphasis on wellbeing and understanding that supporting health and wellbeing allows people to be at their best. 3) Forward-thinking, progressive, inclusive, and creative environment. 4) No feeling of hierarchy - all staff are valuable and a strong emphasis on working together is encouraged. 5) Having a real impact on external stakeholders to influence change in society around attitudes towards disabled people.

The only con is that more people don't know about us. This comes with being a charity located in Godstone but we are making huge strides in getting our name out there. The work that goes on here is amazing.

Rated Outstanding by Ofsted. A really caring environment with super staff and happy learners.

Salary is lower than similar settings.
