Pros
You can work remote, and your coworkers are quite nice, but unfortunately the turnover rate is so high, that the people you get familiar with are gone constantly and changed. It's rare to see anyone last more than a few months.
Cons
The owner is beyond abusive and aggressive. Everything you do, you are treading on eggshells. It's a job you take as a day by day job, as you have no security at all. I've seen people get fired over a basic error or miscommunication on the work messaging board. If you are a contractor who has other sources of income, this can work, but you will need to be mentally strong, and capable of dealing with abuse from the owner all the time, knowing anytime you login could be your last. You won't really get a warning, you'll simply wake up one day and no longer be able to access the system. Some people are not paid either. Anyone that has an opinion against what the owner wants will be shut down and fired. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless they just need a temporary job.
