People will watch you like a hawk and report you to HR for eating and not being at your desk because you had to go to the bathroom. People will walk around in sweatsuits and Uggs but have a problem with you wearing a tank top and jeans. The owners and team members are so outdated, they refuse to grow to make their company and team more efficient. They put no money into marketing and don't give anyone room to grow if you're not part of the family.
