Pros
Pros: strong client variety and a decent level of autonomy in client management, outreach, and business development.
Cons
This company is a shadow of what it once was, and the steady loss of both talent and clients reflects that clearly. Morale is poor, the culture lacks direction, and there is little consistency in how teams are managed. Employees are either stretched to breaking point or left twiddling their thumbs with little to do. The agency is noticeably behind competitors when it comes to technology, innovation, and advisory capability, yet leadership continues trying to position the business as everything to everyone. The result is a company that does a lot of things ‘ok’ instead of doing a few things exceptionally well. There also seems to be a major disconnect between leadership and employees. The CEO is quick to post about awards and company achievements on LinkedIn, but makes little effort to engage with or recognise the people actually delivering the work behind those accolades.
