Unfortunately, the atmosphere is toxic. Senior leaders don't care about their teams and are happy to push multiple people out the door through several rounds of redundancies without addressing the lack of skilled leaders across departments. There are HODs and directors with little to no actual experience, who do nothing but delegate and then blame more junior/less experienced team members when things are not moving in the right direction.
